ARTICLE 1 : MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
A member of the society must meet the following conditions:
1.1 Should be a resident of the United Arab Emirates
1.2 The member must not be less than eighteen years of age.
1.3 He must have full legal capacity.
1.4 He must not have been sentenced for a crime restricting freedom or violating honor or trust unless he has been rehabilitated.
1.5 He must have paid the minimum annual subscription.
ARTICLE 2: MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
2.1 Working to achieve the association’s objectives and avoiding anything that harms others or the association’s entity or harms its reputation.
2.2 Adherence to the association’s bylaws, internal regulations, and Board of Directors’ decisions, and alerting the Board of any violation.
2.3 Commitment to pay the required fees for association membership annually
2.4 Cooperating with the Board of Directors and implementing the tasks assigned to it.
2.5 Inform the association in writing of any changes to his registered address
ARTICLE 3 : LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP
A member of the society is lost in one of the following cases:
3.1 Death.
3.2 Withdrawal from the society membership by written request.
3.3 The Board of Directors shall submit a recommendation to the Ordinary General Society to revoke a member’s membership in the following cases:
3.3.1 If he commits an act that would cause material or moral harm to the association.
3.3.2 If the member takes advantage of his joining the association for a personal purpose or a purpose that conflicts with the objectives and interest of the association.
3.3.3 If he loses one of the membership conditions stipulated in Articles 1 and 2 of this document.
3.3.4 If he violates one of the provisions of Article 2 of this document.
3.3.5 If the member does not commit to paying the prescribed fees for association membership for two consecutive years, he must be notified at least twice during one year and on the condition that the notification is documented. Instead of revoking a member’s membership, the Board of Directors may take a decision to freeze membership for a period determined by the freezing decision, provided that the period does not exceed one calendar year.
3.4 It is not permissible for a member during the term of his membership or after losing it to recover the subscriptions, donations or gifts that were paid to the society, whether in cash or in kind, regardless of the reasons. This applies to his legitimate and legal successors.
ARTICLE 4 MEMBERSHIP FORM AND FEES PAYMENT MECHANISM
4.1 Fill out the form for the membership application with all the required data Application will be reviewed and send it to the society’s Board of Directors to decide on the membership application decision.
4.2 Attach a personal photo with a recent white background, clear photos of (passport with unified number page, Emirates ID), a copy of the academic qualification, and a copy of the CV along with the membership Application.
4.3 From the date of receiving notification of approval of the membership application, the fees mentioned in Clause 2 will be paid according to the type of membership within 15 days.
The amount is transferred to the society’s general account:

4.4 In the event of rejection, the reasons will be explained and the application may be submitted to the General Society to consider the application. The membership applicant may also appeal to the ministry or local authority.
